Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Delicious Bathrobe Company. As we are currently operating on a pre-order basis, please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Pre-Order Dispatch
All orders are currently fulfilled on a pre-order basis. Items will be dispatched no earlier than 30 days from the date of your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from Hong Kong. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Hong Kong: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- United States & Canada: 9–16 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 9–16 business days after dispatch
- Rest of World: 12–23 business days after dispatch
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
